These terms govern your use of the hotpk platform. They are written in plain language so you know exactly what you are agreeing to — no legal jargon designed to confuse. Take a few minutes to read through them before you register.

hotpk is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration by anyone under 18 is not permitted. Age checks are carried out during the registration and withdrawal process.

To register and use hotpk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
hotpk is committed to preventing underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that a registered account holder is under 18 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any point where hotpk requests verification documents. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
hotpk may at any time request identity verification documents in order to comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important: hotpk will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the login page itself. If you receive a communication asking for your hotpk password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team.
hotpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
All transactions on hotpk are conducted exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no international transfer fees associated with using hotpk.
hotpk is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, bank systems, or network outages beyond our control. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
hotpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that apply to each individual promotion.
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on hotpk are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The bonus is credited to your account automatically following the qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit and the bonus percentage are displayed on the registration and promotions pages at the time of the offer.
All bonuses on hotpk carry wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 must be wagered using that bonus balance before a withdrawal is processed.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period (typically 7–30 days depending on the offer), the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry countdown begins at the moment the bonus is credited to your hotpk account.
hotpk monitors all bonus activity. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies aimed specifically at extracting bonus value, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
Players who prefer not to accept a bonus may decline it at the time it is offered. Once a bonus has been credited to your hotpk account, it cannot be removed without forfeiting any associated winnings. Contact support before accepting a bonus if you have any questions about the terms.
General rule: All promotions on hotpk are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. hotpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer if there is evidence of abuse or if the player is determined to be ineligible.
hotpk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:
Any breach of the fair play rules will result in, at minimum, the cancellation of the bet or game session in question. Depending on the severity and nature of the breach, hotpk may also suspend the account, forfeit the account balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required. hotpk's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final.
All software-based games on hotpk — including Fishing Games, Ludo, and any RNG-based casino titles — use certified random number generators. The outcomes of these games are not influenced by the size of a player's bet, their history on the platform, or any other factor. RTP (return-to-player) figures are published openly on the relevant game pages on hotpk.
All content on the hotpk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, page designs, written content, and data — is the intellectual property of hotpk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hotpk content without explicit prior written permission from hotpk. Unauthorised use of hotpk branding or content may constitute trademark or copyright infringement.
Your privacy matters to hotpk. The personal data you provide during registration and during ongoing use of the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.
In summary, hotpk collects the minimum personal data required to operate your account, process payments, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
All data on hotpk is transmitted and stored under 256-bit SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts and is strongly recommended.

hotpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following apply:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits made to the account prior to the breach will be returned to the original payment method after any applicable deductions.
Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting hotpk support at support@hotpk.biz. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
hotpk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and a consistent experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hotpk's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hotpk is not liable for losses arising from your own failure to comply with these terms, including losses resulting from the misuse or compromise of your account credentials, or from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
Nothing in these terms limits hotpk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
hotpk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published at hotpk.biz/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — hotpk will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the hotpk platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
